    Our Staff

We have five registered nurses (RNs) on staff. Registered nurses hold college degrees and are state licensed professionals. Like physicians, nurses are required to continue their education throughout their career. Our nurses continually expand their knowledge base through educational seminars across the country and by attaining certifications in various aspects of urological nursing. They are all members of numerous professional organizations which allow them to network with their peers and stay up-to-date on the latest in urology. Together, our registered nurses have experience and certifications in operating room, recovery room, urological surgery, and general medical nursing.

We have several other clinical staff members in addition to our registered nurses. They support and assist and are an integral part of all processes established to facilitate the best health care. They are certified medical assistants who offer assistance to our physicians by taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and helping out with clerical duties around the office. Our CMAs are usually dressed in uniform. Medical assistants are trained in vocational schools. Professional training varies from 3 months to 2 years depending on their level of expertise. We are proud that all of our clinical staff members have gone the extra mile to become certified in their fields.

Our clerical staff is top notch. Our secretarial staff rotate between our two offices doing a variety of tasks... from answering the telephones to scheduling appointments, they are always willing to help our patients. Our clerical staff is divided into secretarial and management departments in order for the clinical and administrative departments to function more effectively and efficiently.
